Genesis 16:12 (New International Version)

12 He will be a wild donkey of a man;
his hand will be against everyone
and everyone’s hand against him,
and he will live in hostility
toward[a] all his brothers.”  [This was spoken about Ishmael whose descendants are the Arabic people].

Genesis 25:18 (New International Version)

18 His descendants settled in the area from Havilah to Shur, near the eastern border of Egypt, as you go toward Ashur. And they lived in hostility toward[a] all the tribes related to them.   [This hostility started from the beginning]

There would be no Muslims had it not been for the birth of Ishmael.  The root problem is the lack of forgiveness that Ishmael displayed toward his father Abraham, because the Covenant God made passed on only to the descendants of Isaac. Not being able to forgive has dire consequences and will keep a person out of Heaven.

Jesus said:

14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. (New International Version)

The Good News is that through the New Covenant that is centered on Jesus [Yeshua in Hebrew] Salvation is available to all.  Since Jesus is Jewish, you cannot be a Jew hater and make it to Heaven.
